Insulated Wall Panels
Prestressed Insulated Wall Panels: That are designed as load or none load bearing wall panels that consists of a three layer wall system, (Exterior Wythe, Insulation, Interior Wythe,) panel wall based on the Specifications of the Project, Type or brand of Insulation will be used whatever Architects or Engineering will spec out on the designed project, Panel Wall can vary in thickness, as can interior and exterior concrete Wythe, also insulation thickness can vary with the design of the wall panel, Referred to as a sandwich wall panel which gets tied together as one with composite ties or wire girders spaced as recommended by Engineers that design the wall panel. An insulated wall panel building can be an, Industrial, Commercial, Agricultural, Retailing, Warehousing Facility’s, and Residential buildings etc.
Solid Concrete Wall Panels
Prestressed Wall Panels; That are also designed as load or none load bearing wall or as a partition wall panel, Both will be structural designed to serve its purpose within the structure, also solid concrete load bearing slabs for Equipment Decks in Commercial Manufacturing facility’s.
Double Tees Decking
Prestressed DT Decks; that can vary in a width of 10’ to 12’ wide decks with stem centered at six foot on center, depending on design or layout of the structure, they can vary -/+ 70’ long and are being used for numerous application such as Roof Decking for, Industrial buildings, Warehousing Facilities, Storage Decks in any Facility, Commercial Manufacturing Plants, (Skylights and Exhaust openings) can be boxed out at time of casting the DT deck to customers specs.

Prestressed Concrete Columns; That are Rectangular or Square shape casted and Customized to its design that will be provided from Engineers designed drawing, Special designs such as a one sided two or three sided haunch for overhead crane runways, A two sided haunch column that is being used for a two bay building that requires overhead cranes in both bays and is also being used for a roof beam system to support roof loading in a center row column design within the building.

Prestressed Concrete Beams; That add strength and stability to a building, that are also designed as load bearing beams that span from column to column, Beam design can be either, Inverted Beam, L Beam, Rectangular Beam, each beam is structural designed used in its place within the structure itself for load bearing support, Roof Beams, Crain Rail run way beams, Load bearing beams for equipment decks and etc. The consistent, highly controlled manufacturing process ensures you get beams with the exact specifications free of the flaws that could cause failure.

This is achieved by abrasively sandblasting the cement-paste and some sand off the surface of the panel to expose the remaining sand and stone. A sandblast finish is often used to achieve contrast to an acid-etch element or to simulate granite and other rougher natural stones.

Water Washed is a finish that is achieved by retarding the form service of the panel then washing the Cement Paste off with high pressure once stripped. Acid wash finish is a little rough (compared to smooth) and is achieved by high pressure washing (with Acid streamed) the form side of a panel once stripped.
