If and when the need arises, SteinBauer Precast can help their client get connected with a Reliable Contractor for doing a turnkey project, Professional Precast Erector, this is a service that is very important when doing this type of structure, A contractor that has the skills to go about and plan the layout of the project efficiently and quickly, to select the best sequence in the phase of construction, with putting into consideration all safety factors first when planning erection, should there be an issue arising so that they will be prepared for it by following all safety standards and regulations, Electrical-Plumbing and all other service’s that it takes to do a turnkey facility, This starts off with preparing the work site for construction, site prepping, soil test boring, and correction test reports for the stability of the soil, to carry the structures designed loading once footing corrections are done, those are all the services that the general contractor will be able to provide with his company. Will provide Elevation View and Floor Drawings (if and when a client will request a rendering view of his building to look at this can be arranged) with a finally review for sign off on the floor plan and elevation view before actual designing will start on the plan, after a signed of floor plan all designing goes into effect to provide footing plan layout and production tickets for takeoff to start producing product for this project. Once everything will be in order to proceed and Engineering will do a takeoff on the design  plan, with shop or casting tickets in place, production can then start and product can be stored in the yard ready for deliver to the job site, this can and will help speed up for faster erection of the project, with everything moving along in a timely manner for faster completion.
